The Valley Outdoor Association (VOA) recognizes that an individual’s right to privacy is an essential right to be protected. We understand the importance in protecting personal information in our care and control.
VOA does not sell or otherwise disclose any personal information that it collects from its members. Personal information is restricted to the Executive and/or operational Club use only. The VOA provides each member the option to withhold their name from any of the bulk mailing lists e.g. the Club bulletin. The VOA does not retain any credit card information supplied by members when paying membership fees.
This privacy policy shall be published in the Club’s bulletin at least once per calendar year and shall be listed on the Club’s website.
