Notice to Trip Leaders:

Please remember to complete a trip waiver (updated 2025).

These should be retained for insurance purposes for a minimum of three months and can then be destroyed.

Carpooling: Please remember to reimburse your driver for gas and wear and tear at the end of a club trip. See the car pooling guidelines for the suggested rates.

Please put your muddy hiking boots into a clean plastic bag and change into other shoes after the hike.
