Notice to Trip Leaders:

Please remember to complete a trip waiver (updated 2025) and send your completed trip waivers to the appropriate Coordinator.

These should be saved for insurance purposes and can also be useful for coordinators to find new trip leaders.

Carpooling: Please remember to reimburse your driver for gas and wear and tear at the end of a club trip. See the car pooling guidelines for the suggested rates.

Please put your muddy hiking boots into a clean plastic bag and change into other shoes after the hike.
